KVL Kruisers
This
is the dragonboat team I've coached for the last three years. These
ladies work at the Kiwanis Village Lodge and so for the majority of
practices, the boat is not very full as at least one third of them will
be on shift any particular evening. However, they do give their all
when they are on the water and were very successful competitors this
year. The site reflects their fun attitude toward pretty much
everything.

My Little Pwnies
The Urban Dictionary decribes "pwn" as an act of dominating an
opponent. It's a common enough misspelling that took on a life of its
own in online games and is pronounced "pone." You'll find versions of
My Little Pwnies as guilds in many online games. This particular one is
in Shakes and Fidget, a browser game I used to play. The play on My Little Ponies, combined with the amazing treatments of the original toy, have allowed me to have a great deal of fun in creating Blogger backgrounds.

The Scumbase
In late July of 2011, a batch of us from the My Little Pwnies guild left to join The Severed Tongue, where the guild leader fondly referred to us as "scum." All in good fun. So his website became The Scumbase. Of all the sites I've done, this one is probably the one that I enjoy most for its content. There are people who provide weekly columns on various items .. books, music, life in Japan, duct tape, traditional Gnomish poetry .. as well as occasional contributors, such as the Queen of Duct Tape.
